The Shimmer Wall is a prominent architectural feature on the west elevation of the Raleigh Convention Center. Coordination with the building architects and engineers allowed this wind-activated surface to replace what would have been large unadorned architectural louvers on this prominent elevation and instead creates a moving iconic image in the skyline of the City of Oaks.
