As the custom headquarters for a renowned YouTube creator, the Production Studio was thoughtfully designed to support the operations of a growing entertainment enterprise. This renovated 9,120 square foot industrial building now includes a dedicated film studio, sound stage, and a 2,100 square foot structural steel mezzanine.

Completed in 2023, the building envelope was designed with STC 50 sound-rated materials, creating an ideal acoustic environment for filming, audio recording, and post-production. The open studio is a black box concept, providing adaptability for staging, lighting, and set design for various creative projects. The staff support spaces feature custom millwork for storage and display, along with bold, modern finishes that pull from the team’s brand colors, reflecting the unique spirit of their work.
